UniLuTek Industry Co., Ltd is the professional manufacturer of Rubber Molded Parts and Rubber Profiles in North China. We are engaged in rubber and plastic Production, Product R& D and Marketing. As a private owned business, UniLuTek was established in 2001 with the first name of Shuanghe Rubber Product Factory, then changed into the present name in 2006. After years′ development, UniLuTek has been a comprehensive enterprise including production, trading, importing and exporting etc.

UniLuTek builds the standard workshops with 9000 square meters and 50 skilled staffs. Now it has 14 sets of Rubber Molded Production Lines and 6 sets of Rubber Extruded Production Lines. At the same time, We invested one million RMB to share holding one manufacturer of PVC Strip Curtains and Soft PVC Sheets. Our productions has passed many countries qualifications, such as RoHS, REACH, FDA, SGS etc. Also we offer many samples to pass the test certificates according to customers′ requirements. Specially for Auto, we support our customers to pass ISO/TS16949 certificate with perfect quality and service. All our productions strictly follows the requirements of ISO9001: 2008 and PPAP III to ensure our advantages and competitiveness.

UniLuTek supplies both OEM service and ODM service. The main products of Molded Parts are Rubber Gaskets, Rubber Buffers and Dampers, Rubber Washers and Stoppers, O-Rings and Oil Seals, FKM and Silicone ODM Parts, Bend Hoses and Customized Gaskets etc. The main products of Extruded Seals are Door Seals, Car Seals, Container Seals, Rubber Cords and Tubes, Glass Seals and U-Chanel, PVC Seals and TPE Seals, Silicone Extruded Seals and Sponge EPDM Seals, and Co-Extruded Profiles etc. All our products meet REACH and RoHS requirements. Our PVC Strip Curtains and Soft PVC Sheets has passed GSG and CE certifications to ensure the market demands. Usually our products are made according to customers′ drawings or samples with customers′ brands. At the same time, we also design new products according to customers′ requirements or descriptions etc. Besides customers′ brands, we can offer them with our own brand "UniLuTek" for standard production.
